Returns and Shipping

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns can be made 14 days after date of purchase with a receipt for any unused, unwashed products. If you have washed or used any of the items you will not be able to return or exchange them. You will have to pay for the return shipping. Fluffy Little Tushies is not responsible for any shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
After 14 days you may return any unused, unwashed product with your receipt for a $5.00 restocking fee. Again, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
If the purchase was made over 30 days or more you will be able to exchange the product for equal or greater value. You will responsible for all the shipping costs.
Exchanges can be done for equal or lesser value for any unused, unwashed products. If you have washed or used any of the items you will not be able to return or exchange them. Fluffy Little Tushies is not responsible for any the shipping costs. You will have to pay for all the shipping costs.
If there is a problem with a make of the diaper (ie: broken snap, elastic shot, seams unravaling) and is not the result of normal wear and tear, please contact the maufacturer. Each company has a policy for fixing product defaults.

Shipping:

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your purchase.
At this time we are only shipping to the 48 continental United States. Fluffy Little Tushies is confident that as we grow we will be able to offer additional shipping options.
